Error Code

A hardware error was detected in the heater.

Occurs when heater tries to heat the water,

1. Check circuit breaker and/or
GFCI

2. Allow pump to cool. If the
pump does not restart when
Jets key is pressed, call for

Contact a certified electrician to verify
the power line quality.
Check connections at control pack. Call
a certified electrician to verify power line
quality.
Turn off power. Replace blown fuse
with identically rated fuse.
Turn off power. Replace blown fuse

Remove front cabinet panel and allow
the equipment to cool. Reset power to
spa.
Remove spa cover and allow the water
to cool. Add cold water if necessary.
Reset power to spa. Check for heater
operation by changing the set
temperature. If error code remains, call
for service.
Check for loose connection of heater
cable. Reset power to spa. If error
code remains, call for service.
Reset power to spa. Make sure that the
pump associated to the heater is
running. Check and clean filters. Air
locked, prime the pump (see page 14).
Add cold water to spa and let the heater
cool down, reset power to spa.
