PROBLEM
Machine does not work
Brush does not work
Poor brush pickup

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
Power switch not in "on" position
Power cord not plugged into outlet
Power cord is faulty
Building circuit breaker tripped
Faulty wiring
Faulty on / off switch
Brush circuit breaker tripped
Incorrect brush height adjustment
Clogged brush
Brush is worn
Loose brush drive belt
Vacuum hose clogged
Vacuum hose faulty
Filters clogged
Vacuum bag full
SOLUTION
Turn power switch "on"
Plug power cord into outlet
Replace with approved power cord
Reset circuit breaker
Contact Viper Distributor
Contact Viper Distributor
Check brush and belt for obstructions and
remove as needed
Reset circuit breaker
Adjust brush height
Remove debris from brush
Contact Viper Distributor
Inspect belt and replace as needed
Remove vacuum hose and check for
obstructions
Check vacuum hose for loose cuffs or holes
and replace as needed
Remove vacuum filter and exhaust filter and
clean
Check vacuum bag / filter and relplace as
needed
