Driver Safety/2D or 3D/Itinerary screens
You can choose from three different views which can be accessed from the left hand menu in driving mode using the D-Pad
and
button.
NOTE:
It is not safe to attempt to alter settings on your Gizmondo device while you are driving. Either have a passenger
make changes, or pull over to a safe area.
Driver Safety Screen
The Driver Safety view displays a simple turn instruction map and concise next turn instructions in large type as you approach
a turn or are driving at a speed below 10 mph. This is the recommended view for safe driving as it's designed to display the
information you need at a glance, without distracting your concentration on the road ahead.

Note on GPS Status:
2D and 3D GPS fixes are not related to 2D and 3D map views. 2D and 3D GPS fixes refer to
the accuracy of the GPS fix. 2D is less accurate than 3D. For a good navigation experience, Gizmondo Navigator
requires a 3D fix.
