To Use the Rotor Vegetable
Slicer/Shredder and Optional Drums
The drum you select should be suited to
the food to be sliced, shredded or grated.
Here are some suggestions:
MVSA Rotor Vegetable Slicer/Shredder
Standard Drums:
Medium Shredding Drum (D) –
For shredding raw root and green
vegetables to be consumed raw;
almonds and nuts for baking; all kinds
of fruits; soft cheeses.
Coarse Shredding Drum (E) – For
shredding raw root and green vegetables
for making soups; all kinds of fruits for
pies; almonds, nuts and bars of chocolate
for toppings; cheese and cheese rinds.
Slicing Drum (F) – For slicing potatoes;
onions; raw root and green vegetables; all
kinds of fruits.
and Optional Drums

An Optional Accessory Pack (EMVSC)
of drums may also be purchased
separately for the Rotor Vegetable
Slicer/Shredder.
EMVSC Optional Drums*:
Fine Shredding drum (G) – For
shredding hard cheeses, nuts, chocolate
and dry bread.
Potato Grating Drum (H) – For grating
potatoes to make potato pancakes.
Stripping (Julienne) Drum (I) –
Stripping raw root and green vegetables.
To Clean the Rotor Vegetable
Slicer/Shredder and Optional Drums
Not all parts are dishwasher safe! Wash
the drums in warm water with mild
detergent. Thoroughly rinse, and dry with
a soft cloth.
*These drums cannot be purchased separately.
