Console Overview
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS:
TIME:
This will count up from 00:00 up to 99:50 if you do not enter a preset time.
If you do enter a preset time the console will count down from the time you set to 0:00.
Values range from 00:00 to 99:00. Value changes by one minutefor every button press.
Each exericse session is broken into 16 time intervals.
SPEED:
Displays the current exercise speed on the console screen.
DISTANCE:
This will count the accumulated distance during a workout.
If you enter a preset target the console will count from that distance set down to zero.
Values range from 0.00 to 99.90. Value changes by .10 miles for every button press.
CALORIE:
This will count the accumulated calorie consumption during a workout.
If you enter a preset target the console will count from the amount set down to zero.
Values range from 0 to 990. Value increases 10 for each button press.
Note: This data is an estimate only and should be used as a comparison over several exercise sessions.
PULSE:
This will display your current heart rate within 5 seconds of holding the handgrip.
Values range from 30 to 240 BPM (Beats Per Minute). Value increases 1 BPM for each button press.
Note: For a more accurate reading, hold the handgrip with both hands. This is especially important in
Heart Rate Mode
PULSE RECOVERY:
To monitor your improvement after each exercise the console is equipped with a special function known as
RECOVERY. Before ending an exercise session press the RECOVERY button. The console will stop all func-
tion displays except TIME, which will count down from 00:60 to 00:00. Once the time reaches 00:00 the con-
sole will show a Recovery Status with a grade of F1 to F6, F1 being the best and F6 being the worst. Press the
PULSE RECOVERY button again to return to the main display.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS:

To use Programs, Press Mode button. Use the +/- buttons to scroll to the program you wish to use. Press
Mode again to confirm selection. Follow console instructions or Press Start to begin.
To begin your exercise session it is important to understand the different Programs that you can use.
MANUAL PROGRAM:
This mode can be utilized by pressing the START/STOP button after powering up console. Time will count up
from 0. The tension level may be adjusted at any time during the exercise session.
No function values are set.
USER PROGRAM:
This mode is used to customize a workout session. You may customize the tension settings in each interval.
PRESET PROGRAMS:
There are three preset programs to choose from. The tension profiles for these programs are located on the
console.
QUICK START:
If you do not wish to use any of the programs, push Start and begin exercising.
