3.4 Call Option
You can choose to hold a call, switch between calls, set up multi-way
calls during a call, as well as use the hands-free speakerphone or acti-
vate the microphone muting function during a call.
If you receive incoming calls while on a call, the phone will show a noti-
fication. Please select whether to answer the new incoming call. When
answering new incoming calls, you can use line switching to listen to one
call, or connect the call to set up multi-way conferencing. If you wish to
initiate multi-way conferencing, please place the first call on hold, and
then dial the second phone number. You can use the built-in speaker-
phone to speak with callers without using the handset. Using the speak-
erphone allows other people to hear the conversation. You can mute the
speaker so that the other party will not be able to hear your voice but
continue to hear from them.
