INFORMATION
Problem
Picture, but no sound.
Sound indistinct.
Teletext missing or faulty.
Remote control does not work.

loud speaker switched off.

Problem caused by station.

not switched on.

Remedy
Turn up or switch on the volume.
Select sound output via
loudspeaker.
Test with another channel.
Check AV cable between
television set and satellite
receiver.
Correct the sound setting.
televison channel for ghosting or
reflection or fine tuning.
Check aerial system.
Switch to »TV« remote control
position.
Point the remote control
at the television set.
Check or replace the batteries.
Observe polarity.
Switch off the television set with
the main power button for
approximately 2 minutes.
