THE ECLIPSE IS INDICATED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN. THE
DEVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR LIFE SUPPORT NOR DOES IT PROVIDE ANY PATIENT MONITOR-
ING CAPABILITIES.
YOUR PHYSICIAN HAS PRESCRIBED A SPECIFIC OXYGEN FLOW SETTING TO MEET YOUR
INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
