Dual time display

Respective times of two regions can be displayed by the dial and sub-dial.
Example: Honolulu time and Japan time are respectively displayed by the dial and sub-dial.

Dial: Local time (Honolulu)
Honolulu time (UTC -10 hours): 15:10:42
Date: Day of 6th
Sub-dial: Home time (Japan)
Japan time: 10:10 (UTC +9 hours)
