IMPORTANT: For heavier loads, the mixer should not run longer than fi fteen minutes without pausing for a cool down period of at least fi fteen minutes or more before resuming mixing. For lighter loads, the mixer should not run longer than thirty minutes without pausing for a cool down period of at least thirty minutes or more before resuming mixing.
