  • Page 7 NOTE: If the mixer shuts off during operation reduce the batch size. NOTE: The mixer is equipped with a motor overload protection. If the mixer shuts off during operation press the stop button and reduce the batch size, then press the overload reset button located on the back of the mixer base.
  • Page 8 IMPORTANT: For heavier loads, the mixer should not run longer than fi fteen minutes without pausing for a cool down period of at least fi fteen minutes or more before resuming mixing. For lighter loads, the mixer should not run longer than thirty minutes without pausing for a cool down period of at least thirty minutes or more before resuming mixing.
