Getting to know your phone

Handset

Left soft key/Menu
Use with icons displayed
above the key.
Press to open the menu, page 12.
Press to select menu options.
Up/Redial list
Press to display the Redial list,
page 17 and to move up
through menu options.
Use to increase the volume,
Press to make and receive
phone calls, page 15.
Use to switch handsfree
on/off, page 16.
Down/Calls list
Press to display the Calls list,

through menu options.
Use to decrease the volume,
Press to replay the message,
Press and hold to turn the
ringer on/off, page 18.
Used when connected to a
switchboard/PBX page 47, and
with some BT Calling Features.
The answer machine handset controls on buttons
will only work when a message is being played on the handset, page 35.
