To add an entry in the directory
You must include a name to go with the
rest of the entry.
Screen shows DIRECTORY and any

entered names in alphabetical order.
Screen shows a new entry.

Enter the details you want.
KEYPAD
Press the
ARROW
to move the cursor around the screen.
Tab/Aux
If you make a mistake, just hit the
key. The cursor moves
BACKSPACE
back, deleting the previous character.
If you want to mark the entry as a
Priority caller, move the cursor to
highlight YES next to PRIORITY.
To confirm the entry.
SAVE
If the directory is full, the message
DIRECTORY IS FULL is displayed when you
press the key in the Directory. You must
NEW
delete an existing entry before adding a new one.

If there is a power failure, all data stored

To change an entry in the directory
Screen shows DIRECTORY and any
Directory
entered names in alphabetical order.
Highlight the entry you want to
change.
The entry is displayed.
EDIT
Enter the new details you want.
KEYPAD
Press the
ARROW
cursor around the screen. If you make
a mistake, just hit the
key. The cursor moves back, deleting
the previous character.
If you want, mark the entry as a Priority
caller, move the cursor to highlight YES
next to PRIORITY.
To confirm the entry.
