To edit and send an e-mail from
the draft folder
The user list is displayed.

To highlight the user name you want.

To open the FOLDERS options.

To open the DRAFT folder. The list of
DRAFT
e-mails in the folder is displayed.
EITHER:
To highlight any e-mail you want to
view and edit.
To display the e-mail. You can now

change it and then move it to the
outbox ready for sending.
OR:
To highlight any e-mail you want
to send.
To move the highlighted e-mail to the
SEND
TO OUTBOX
outbox. The remaining messages are
listed. You can now edit or move them
straight to the outbox ready for sending.
The MEMORY FULL message

of 100 e-mail and letters. When the memory is
full, the screen displays Memory Full. Press

key and then use the
BACK
key so you or other users can delete

documents from your e-mail or letter folders

The e-mail is sent to the DELETED
DELETE
FOLDER. It will automatically be emptied
when you exit the e-mail function if this
has been selected in the Mail set up
screen.
