Telephone calls

The available operating options when es-
tablishing a call, answering a call and end-
ing a call are included under the item Tel-
ephone calls.

Establishing a call

> Enter a telephone number or select an
entry from the fast access function or
telephone book.
The number is dialled.
When the call has been answered at the re-
ceiver end, the display changes and you
are connected to the other party.
Notes:
• The call can be returned to the mobile
phone and the hands-free function ter-
minated by pressing the
button.
The connection with the mobile phone
is automatically re-established after the
call is ended.
• You can switch to the navigation dis-
play during an active call by pressing
the
button.

Answering a call

A ringtone sounds when an incoming call
is received. The following display also ap-
pears.
Private mode
If available, the telephone number and
name of the caller are displayed.
Option
I accept
I refuse
Ignore
TELEPHONE MODE*
Description
The call is accepted. If
navigation is active, the
device returns to the map
display.
The call is rejected. The
caller hears a busy tone.
The last active display is
shown.
The ring tone is switched
off. The last active dis-
play is shown. The call is
ended when the caller
hangs up.
