    Operating the appliance Important Each time before switching on make sure that the burner crown and burner cover are lying straight on the burner body. If burner crown and burner cover are lying crookedly, the gas flame does not burn evenly and it can cause damage to the burner cover.

    Cleaning and care Warning: During cleaning the burners must be switched off. Ensure that the hob has cooled down sufficiently so that you can touch all parts safely. Important: Sharp objects and abrasive cleaning materials will damage the appliance. Clean with water and washing up liquid. Important: Residues from cleaning agents will damage the appliance.

    Removable Frontline strip The aluminium Frontline strip fastens on by means of magnets. It is easy to remove by hand and can be cleaned with detergent. Please do not use any scouring agents or sponges that scratch. Do not clean the strip in the dishwasher.
