The cell broadcast feature allows your phone to receive cell broadcast
messages. In cell broadcasting, users can set a topic and language for
receiving a specific cell broadcast channel.
To open the cell broadcast menu:
From the S M S S M S menu, use S M S S M S

To activate or change the SMS cell broadcast settings:
