10. Reconnect to the power supply.
11. Test the operation of the door switch-
es. (See next section, step 8.)
To Realign Door Switches
(Micro-Switch):
1. Disconnect the furnace from the
power supply.
2. Remove the lower rear cover.
3. With the door closed, loosen the
screws on the micro-switch bracket
and gently push the switch bracket
forward until you hear a click.
4. Open and close the door; the switch
should click when the door is opened
approximately 3" and 1" to 2" before
the door is closed. Slide the switches
backward to increase the distance,
forward to decrease the distance.
5. Tighten the two screws to secure the
switches. Check the operation of the
switch as described in step 4 after
tightening the screws.
6. Replace the back cover.
7. Reconnect to power supply.
8. To test the operation of the door
switch: move the power switch on, set
the control to a setting high enough to
keep the control from cycling, open
