NAT port 3/4
PC1
Four LAN ports on the Router are divided into 2 groups, NAT and VLAN:
VLAN-ports 1/2: There is not any routing function between ports 1, 2 and WAN port. It's just
a bridge. In other words, ports 1, 2, and WAN are a 3-port switch with VLAN 802.1Q support.
So, ports 1 and 2 can't communicate with ports З and 4, and also ports З and 4 can't
communicate with each other. Port 1 will forward Packets with VLAN 13 to IP TV device.
NAT-ports 3/4: for PC 1 and PC 2 connection. It's routed ports and between ports 3 and 4 and
WAN ports there is NAT (Network Address Translation) and Firewall feature.
Users connected to ports 3 and 4, work in Internet via VLAN 11. The router also has built-in DHCP
server, so customer needs to connect PCs to ports 3 and/or 4, and can get access to Router's
web-interface.
Settings Example (see below pic):
Port 1 will forward Packets with VLAN information 13 to IPTV Device.
Port 2 will forward Packets without VLAN information to VoIP Phone.
Because Port 3 and Port 4 are NAT Port, VLAN number has to set the same and will not forward
any VLAN information to the hosts under NAT.
The router shows LAN PVID and doesn't allow a change to the setting.
