Care and cleaning
Note:
Changes in colour of the hot plate sections are not due
to a change in the material, but they are food residues
which have become burnt on as they have not been
regularly removed by cleaning. They have no effect
on the functioning and durability of the ceramic.
The cleaning agents which have been recommended:
Steel Fixer, Sidol Special, Cera-Fix and Collo Profi
can be obtained in department stores, specialist
electrical shops, chemist's shops, grocery stores and
specialist kitchen shops.
Razor blade scrapers may be obtained from craft
shops, builder's, merchants as well as from shops
selling artists' materials.
