At the start, observe the cooking process with Automatic. Depending on the ovenware
and quantity of food, the above application examples must be adapted to your experi-
ence-based values.
We recommend cooking with Automatic for:

• Dishes which are put on cold, which are heated at high power and
which do not have to be constantly observed at the lower heat set-
ting,
• dishes which are fried continuously in the hot pan.
Cooking with Automatic is not suitable for:

• Goulash, beef olive and similar braised dishes which are browned,
moistened and braised until they reach the right degree of browning,
• dumplings, pasta dishes with large amounts of liquid,
• cooking with pressure cookers,
• large quantities of soups/stews with more than 2 liters of liquid.
