SERVICE SCHEDULE
Lubricate all moving parts (e. g. hand levers, chain, ...) and check for smooth operation.
Check the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch. (
Check the front brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the hand brake lever. (
Check the bearing clearance of the steering column.
Check the bearing of the handlebar bridge.
Check the valve clearance.

Check all hoses (e. g. fuel, cooling, bleeding, drainage) and sleeves for tearing, leaks, and incorrect rout-
ing.

Check the antifreeze and coolant level. (
Check cables for damage and routing without sharp bends.

Clean the air filter and air filter box.
Change glass fiber yarn filling of main silencer.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the headlight setting. (
Check the idle.

Check that the radiator fan is functioning properly.
Final inspection: check the vehicle for operating safety and take a test ride.
Create a service entry in the KTM DEALER.NET and in the service record.
S1N: Once after 1 operating hour - corresponds to about 7 liters of fuel (1.8 US gal)
S15A: Every 15 operating hours - corresponds to about 105 liters of fuel (27.7 US gal)
S30A: Every 30 operating hours - corresponds to about 210 liters of fuel (55.5 US gal) / after every race
