Pizza
Bread/pizza symbol
The Pizza function is ideal for baking different types and sizes of
handmade (nonfrozen) pizza using fresh dough.
This function contains a program with predefined settings to use
for baking pizza dough. Select the required temperature and
time, and the oven will manage the cooking cycle automatically.
Place the dough on the 2nd shelf after preheating the oven.
During cooking, the bake and broil elements will cycle on and off
in intervals to maintain oven temperature.
NOTE: At any time, set values can be changed by pressing the
Back button, turning the knob until the desired setting appears
on the display, then pressing the Ok/select button to select.
To Use:
1. Turn the Oven Control knob to the Bread/Pizza symbol.
The display will show "BREAD."
2. Turn the Browse knob until "PIZZA" appears on the display
then press the OK/SELECT button to select.
3. Press the OK/SELECT button to select the Pizza function.
4. Turn the Browse knob until desired temperature (between
425-475°F [220-250°C]) appears on the display then press
the OK/SELECT button to select.
5. (Optional) If a cooking length is desired, turn the Browse knob
until desired cook time appears on the display then press the
OK/SELECT button to select.
The End of Cooking Time symbol and the end of cooking time
will appear on the display.
6. Turn the Oven Control knob to the "Off" symbol when finished
cooking.

Browning

At the end of certain functions, the display indicates the
possibility of browning. This function can be used only when a
cooking time has been set.
1. At the end of the cooking time, the display will prompt you to
press the OK/SELECT button to brown.
2. Press the OK/SELECT button, and the oven will begin a
5-minute browning cycle.
NOTE: The Browning function may be selected only twice at the
end of a cycle.

Delay Start

WARNING
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before
or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.
Delay Start (available with any function, except for the special
functions) allows the oven to be set to turn on at a certain time of
day, cook for a set length of time, and/or shut off automatically.
To Set Delay Start
Use this function to preset the cooking time stop time. A stop
time can be programmed out to a maximum of 23 hours and
59 minutes.
Delay should not be used for food such as breads and cakes
because they may not bake properly.
NOTE: Delay Start cannot be used with the Pizza function or the
Fast Preheating cycle.
Selecting the end of cooking time:
1. Set the function and the temperature. See the section for the
desired cooking function.
2. Turn the Browse knob until desired cook time appears on the
display then press the OK/SELECT button to select.
The End of Cooking Time symbol will flash, and the end of
cooking time will appear on the display.
3. Turn the Browse knob until the desired end of cooking time
appears on the display then press the OK/SELECT button to
select.
The colon in the end of cooking time will flash. The oven will
automatically delay the start of cooking to finish cooking at
the set time.
4. To change the temperature, turn the Browse knob until
desired temperature appears on the display then press the
OK/SELECT button to select.
