Log-on Attempts Setting
This sets the permitted number of log-on attempts.
The system is locked if the permitted number of log-on attempts is exceeded during the User Authentication.
Note:
Before performing this setup, you first need to set "75 User Authentication" (see page 14).
Press the Function key.
Select "General Settings".
Select "09 Key Operator Mode".
Enter the Key Operator's password (8-digit),
and then select "OK".
Note:
The default password is "00000000".
To change the password, select "85 Key Operator
Password" in the General Settings (Key Operator
Mode), and then enter the new password.
Select "60 - 79" tab, and scroll the screen, and
then select "77 Log-on Attempts".

Select "Input", and enter the number of
log-on attempts, and then select "OK".
Note:
Unlimited log-on attempts are allowed if you set "0".
Press the Reset key to return
to standby.
