2.4GHz Multi-Handset Cordless Phone System
Select an Entry
Once you have entered names and numbers in the directory, you can dial them, edit
them, or send them to another handset. To work with an individual entry, you must
first select it.

Press

Either scroll to the name you want to select, or press the key to go to entries
beginning with a particular letter, (e.g., press the 3 key twice to go to entries
beginning with the letter E.)

Place a Call

1.
To place a call from the Directory, press
[6] keys to select the number you would like to dial. You may also access
names within the Directory by entering the first letter of the entry (e.g., pressing
the "6" key twice to get "n" if you want to reach "Nancy.")
2.
Press Talk to connect.

Edit an Entry

Each directory entry has in the Directory two fields that can be edited: the name and
the number.
1.
Select the entry you want to edit (see Select an Entry, above) and Press OK.
2.
Select "Edit Entry." Press OK. The name will start flashing indicating you can
change it.
3.
To overwrite the whole name, start entering the new name.
4.
To edit the number, press [4] until the number starts flashing.
5.
To overwrite the whole number, start entering the new number.
6.
When finished editing the entry, press OK.
7.
Press
again to "Save Entry."

Delete an Entry

1.
Select the entry you want to delete (see Select an Entry, above) and Press OK.
2.
Select "Delete Entry" and press OK.
3.
The screen will display "Entry Deleted."
4.
Press End to exit the directory .
Send an Entry
Directory entries can be copied from one handset to another.
1.
Select the entry you want to send (see Select an Entry, above) and press OK.
2.
Scroll to "Send Entry." Press OK.
