VIVOTEK FD8137HV is an easy-to-use fixed dome network camera
specifically designed for indoor/outdoor security applications with a
compact, stylish vandal-proof exterior. It features an HD WDR CMOS
sensor to cope with challenging lighting conditions. The WDR Pro
Technology allows the camera to capture both dark and bright parts of
an image and combines the differences to generate a highly realistic
image representative of the original scene, enabling it to provide video
qualit y c l o se to t he c apabilit i e s of t he human eye. T his f unc t i o n
e n a b l e s t h e FD 8137H V to b e w i d e l y a p p l i c a b l e i n h i g h c o nt r a s t
environments such as lobby entrances, parking lots, ATMs, loading
areas, and much more.
In order to adapt to constantly changing outdoor lighting conditions, the
FD8137HV features a removable IR-cut filter as well as improved IR
illuminators effective up to 15M for superior image quality around the
clock. For protection against harsh outdoor environments, the camera
is enc ased in an I P 6 6 - r ate d housing to w it hst and r ain and dust .
Fur thermore, the metal vandal - proof housing ef fectively provides
robust protection from vandalism.
The FD8137HV suppor ts the industr y-standard H.264 compression
technology, drastically reducing file sizes and conser ving valuable

included, the dual streams can be simultaneously transmitted in any of
these formats at different resolutions, frame rates, and image qualities
