hosts. The destination system non-disruptively moves the volumes from the source system while
servicing I/O requests from the hosts.
Offline — With offline migration, volumes are not actively exported, and there is no access
to the data throughout the migration process. The hosts can be exported any time after the
migration by using the HP 3PAR OS export commands.
Minimally disruptive — With minimally disruptive migration, the host is unconfigured from the
source system and then reconfigured to use the destination system, but the host is able to
access the data through the destination system while data migration to the host is occurring.
The procedures for these data migration types are described in the following sections.

Online Migration Procedure

1.
Configure two ports on the destination system to be peer ports. For example:
a.
For ports 0:3:4 and 1:5:4, ensure that the ports are set to point:
controlport config host -ct point 0:3:4
I feel we need to mention different ports for host and peer ports.
controlport config host -ct point 1:5:4
b.
Configure the peer ports as follows:
controlport offline 0:3:4
controlport offline 1:5:4
controlport config peer 0:3:4
controlport config peer 1:5:4
controlport rst 0:3:4
controlport rst 1:5:4
c.
Verify the configuration:
showport -peer

Set up multipath on the host.
4.
Launch the Create PM Configuration wizard to set up the source and destination systems.

configurations from the source system to the destination system.
