Introduction
The nano3D Upgrade is the process of converting 2 nanoFlashes to a nano3D. An add-on purchase
is required, as well as 3D activation of the designated Master nanoFlash unit. Please see this

Addendum L: nanoFlash Known Issues / Limitations (ver1.6.245)
>"Delete Last Clip" option is broken in 1.6.248.
> With specific units, the use of cranking feature (Video->Crank) with MXF recordings can result in an
unexpected "Card too slow" error, even at bit rates of 100 Mbit or lower.
> During playback, timecode will sometimes momentarily be displayed incorrectly on the lcd screen.
> LTC timecode is off by 1 to 2 frames.
> Playback of MXF/MOV 18 Mbit from nanoFlash: audio is corrupted. The audio in the recorded files
is correct.
> SD live/record loop out is broken with some cameras such as the Sony PDW-700/800.
> MPG Playback from the nanoFlash: with HDMI input selected (System->Source), playback is
broken. To work around: select SDI as the source, turn the nanoFlash off and back on, and then
MPG playback will work.
> 720P24 / 25 / 30 playback from the nanoFlash is not supported at this time. Loop-through of these
formats during live or record mode is only supported with Video->E to E turned on.
> SD playback out of the HDMI port is not supported.
> Audio support: HDMI in / out: 2 channel audio support only. HD-SDI in / out supports 0, 2, 4, or 8
channel audio. SD-SDI / HDMI: 2 channel audio only (records as 24-bit 4 channel audio IMX, top 2
channels are blanked out).
