SYSTEM TURNUP CHECKLIST

System Turnup Checklist includes verification of cable splicing, cable termination, system configuration,
management functions, and site accommodations. Refer to the accompanying CD for specific documenta-
tion not included in this binder.
Each item is to be checked and verified. After verification intial and date
each item. Do not mark this original, reproduce this list for craft check-
off.

Cable Splicing

Metallic Cable

For information refer to the following:
• Metallic Cable on page 12.
• MESA Sport NT on Riser: Section 5.2 under Marconi FNC (640-205-001)
1. Metallic cable properly spliced and terminated

Fiber Optic Cable

For information refer to the following:
• Fiber Optic Cable on page 13.
2. Fiber routed through fiber splice panel and connected to fiber pigtail

Cabinet

For information refer to the following:
• Mounting the Cabinet
• MESA Sport NT on Riser: Section 3.5 through Section 3.7 under Marconi FNC (640-205-001)
3. All conduits sealed
4. Cabinet secured to pad
5. Silicon seal exists between cabinet and pad
6. Site clean and landscaped to surroundings
