Cut a hole in the ceiling per the dimensions in the figure below. If you are installing the
camera in a hard ceiling, create three (3) recesses, 6.2 mm (1/4 in.) diameter x 6.2 mm
(1/4 in.) deep, in the ceiling at the camera mounting screw locations as shown on the
Flush Mount Template (included in the shipping box).

Create hole(s) in the In-ceiling Housing for Plenums for 1/2-inch conduit fitting(s) in the
appropriate location.
Install two (2) #6 Toggle Bolt assemblies through the holes in the raised portions of the
mounting flange.
Install conduit fitting(s).
Connect external wiring, if appropriate.
Insert the In-ceiling Housing for Plenums assembly through the hole in the ceiling.
Tighten the toggle bolts.
Start two (2) of the #10 x 3/8-inch screws in the corresponding holes in the flange of the
In-ceiling Housing for Plenums.
Remove the screw holding the Earth Ground wire (yellow/green) and the wire clamp.
