VoiceMail Reference Card
Using VoiceMail on your Packet8 service

To set up one-touch VoiceMail access on your UIP1868P:
At the main base, press the MENU soft key.
•
Choose Base Setup, then Edit Voice Mail.
•
• Enter the Packet8 VoiceMail access number: 012-0555.
• Press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.

To check your Packet8 VoiceMail:
• From your UIP1868P: Press the envelope key.
• From another phone on your Packet8 service: 012-0555
•
From any phone, toll-free:1.888.898.7887
• From any phone outside the U.S.: 1.650.353.4400

When prompted, enter your Packet8 phone number (1+area
code+number) and then your password

If you have a message waiting, you can press:


There are two ways to change your VoiceMail settings, VoiceMail
password, number of rings, and call settings:
• Access your account details page after signing in at
• Call from your UIP1868P: 012-0005
When prompted, enter your Packet8 phone number, then your password


Packet8 services do not include traditional 911 emergency dialing. Packet8 offers
Enhanced 911 service (an FCC standard developed for emergency calling from
wireless phones) at an additional monthly fee. A subscription to Packet8's
Enhanced 911 service is required for emergency calling. Packet8's Enhanced 911
optional service is not available in all areas.
