Raise the needle bar to its highest point and remove the
bobbin case_1_.
Push shuttle race levers _ aside. Lift shuttle race
cover_ and take shuttle(_ out.
Clean the shuttle race _ with a lint brush.
Put a drop of oil on the center pin of the shuttle (_ and
shuttle race_. Do not over oil.

Turn handwheel so that shuttle driver (_) is forming half
moon on the Ief[ side of the machine.
Hold shuttle_ by center pin (_ and position shuttle so as
to form a half moon on the right side. The pointed hook
will be on the bottom.
Place shuttle race cover (_ into place over shuttle
assembly.
Snap the levers (_ back into the original position.
