ISTORY
Your Edge automatically saves
all training data (when the timer
is started) and can hold up to
two years (1000 laps) of data
in memory. When the memory
is full, your oldest Edge data is
overwritten. Load your history
into the Garmin Training Center
software periodically to keep
track of all of your workouts. You
can view the data on your Edge
or transfer the history to the
Garmin Training Center software,
where you can analyze your data.
History data includes time,
distance, calories, average
speed, maximum speed, altitude,
and detailed lap information.
Edge 305 history data also
includes heart rate and cadence.
