When dispensing beer into the glass, if you find that the beer is Cloudy, Flat,
Bubbly, Off-Taste, Sour, Wild or Tail-End Beer, refer to some of the following hints.
Beer Condition: Cloudy Beer
Thebeer in the glassappears hazy, and not clear.
Cause I
Excessively low temperaturesmay causehazy or cloudy beer, particularly when the
beer lies in thecold coil for long periods of time.

®Make certain that the linesare thoroughly cleanedand then raise the temperature
slightly.

Correction
®Open the faucet quickly and completely

Beer Condition:
Flat Beer

Correction
® Do not wash beer glasses together with glasses that have contained milk or any
other fatty substance. An excessive amount of germicide build-up may also leave
a fatty film, which will cause beer to go flak
