    Assembly Instructions Step 1. Carefully unpack the carton and remove all packing material. After opening shipping box, remove all packed grill parts packing [ACAUTION] materials from the Styrofoam support pieces. With the help of another person, remove the grill head from the support pieces.

    Disconnecting the LP Gas Tank Turn all grill control knobs to the "off" position. Turn the LP tank valve to the "off/closed" position (turn clockwise until it stops). Detach the regulator assembly from tank valve by turning the quick coupling counterclockwise.

    IF ANY GREASE OR HOT ITEM FALLS FROM THE GRILL ONTO THE VALVE, REGULATOR, HOSE, OR ANY OTHER PART CONTAINING GAS, SHUT IMMEDIATELY. CHECK CAUSE, REMOVE CAUSE. REPEAT LEAK TEST BEFORE CONTINUING. DO NOT REMOVE THE GREASE TRAY IF THE GRILL HASN'T COMPLETELY COOLED.
