Let'scheck out howtocontrol yourairconditioner.Onthe control panel,justabovethe POWER, isa liquidcrystal display(LCD).All of the control panelfunction
buttonsandmode iconscan be viewedin Figure8.
Power On - Pressthe buttonto turn on the air conditioner.The powerbuttonilluminatesto indicatethatthe power is on. The backlighton the powerswitch
will automaticallydim to 20% intensityafter 15 secondsof inactivity.The remotecontrol can also be usedto turn powerON / OFF (See RemoteControl).
Display- The displayis a high efficiencyLCD with a built-in white backlight.The backlighthas an automatictwo (2) step dim function.After 15 secondsof
inactivity,the displaydims to 20% intensity.After an additional120seconds,the displayswitchesoff. Touchingany buttonautomaticallychangesthe display
to full brightness.
Thereare threecontrol push buttonson each sideof the display.
