Windows 8:
Click [Control Panel] in [Apps] screen -
[Network and Internet].
Click [Network and Sharing Center].
Click [Connect the Network].

Windows 7:
From the [Start] menu, click [Control
Panel]-[Network and Internet].
Click [Network and Sharing Center].
Click [Connect the Network].

Windows Vista :
From the [Start] menu, click [Connect
to].
®
Windows XP:
From the [Start] menu, click [Control
Panel]-[Network connection]. Right-
click [Wireless Network Connection],
and then click [View Available
Wireless Networks].

To establish a connection, from the list
of currently available SSIDs that
appears, select the SSID noted in step
d of Setting Up the Printer (With the
Default Settings Changed) on page 22.

NOTE
If the list does not appear, contact the
manufacturer of your wireless LAN card. If
you are using a computer with wireless
LAN built in, contact the manufacturer of
your computer.

Windows 8 / Windows
If [WEP] was set as the encryption
method in the printer settings, a screen
for entering the security key will appear.
Type in the WEP key (5 characters or 13
alphanumeric characters) noted in step
d of Setting Up the Printer (With the
Default Settings Changed) on page 22,
and then click [OK].

Windows Vista :
When a screen for entering the security
key or passphrase appears, type in the
WEP key (5 characters or 13
alphanumeric characters) noted in step
d of Setting Up the Printer (With the
Default Settings Changed) on page 22,
and then click [Connect].

Windows XP:
When a screen for entering the network
key appears, type in the WEP key (5
characters or 13 alphanumeric
characters) noted in step d of Setting
Up the Printer (With the Default Settings
Changed) on page 22, and then click
[Connect].
NOTE
If [None] was set as the encryption
method in the printer settings, these steps
are unnecessary.
