Sending/Receiving Documents via Internet

Automatic Redialling
If the line is busy, your apparatus will redial the number up to 2 times at 3 minute interval. During that time, a
message will appear as shown on the right. If the line is still busy after the last try, a message "REDIAL
OVER" will appear as shown on the right and your apparatus will print a COMM. Journal depending on the
FAX SETTING. (See pages 81 and 84)

1. To stop the transmission, press [STOP].
NOTE
2. If the transmission cannot be completed for any reason, the e-mail may be returned
undelivered, otherwise no reply will be printed.
3. E-Mail address can be entered directly from the dial keypad at step 3 for transmission.

ADF and adjust the Document Guides.
