Solution
The Deconfig tool failed because it was unable to find the $ORACLE_
HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/osso/osso-https.conf file. Perform the following
steps to correct this problem:
Create a link from osso-https.conf to osso.conf:
1.
cd $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/osso
ln osso-https.conf osso.conf
Run the Deconfig tool again.
