2. Lift the cover upwards from the back. There are four tabs holding the cover in place on the
front. Raise the cover until you can remove it from the casing (see

Note: The drive bays in the compartment are not labelled, so you cannot see which hard disk drive the BIOS
considers the first disk.

Memory

To remove the memory installed, first remove the battery (see
the following steps:
