General Description

Your machine has several basic settings (User Parameters) to help you keep records of the documents you send or
receive. For example, the built-in clock keeps the current Date and Time, your LOGO and ID Number to help identify
you when you send or receive documents.
These parameters can be programmed via your PC by using the Configuration Editor included in the Document
Management System CD with the machine.
Follow the Operator's Manual included in the Document Management System CD.

1. Special characters, such as Å, Ä, Ö, Ü, Æ, è and é cannot be used for Character ID.
2. To correct a mistake, use
number or character, press
