1. Clutch Cable

CLUTCH

The motorcycle is equipped with a cable
operated clutch.
If the clutch lever has excessive free-play,
the clutch may not disengage fully and could
then cause the engine to stall and create
difficulties when
Conversely, if the clutch
insufficient free- -play the clutch may not
engage fully, causing clutch slip.
Clutch lever free-play must be checked in
accordance with scheduled maintenance
requirements.
