Viewing the Printer Status

There are four types of images to keep you informed about the status of the printer.
Displayed to indicate the normal
mode.
The printer is in the online mode and
ready to print.
Displayed to indicate that the printer
is in the offline mode.
Displayed when a warning has been
issued.
A warning message is displayed for the
Status but printing can continue.
Troubleshoot the problem as required.
Displayed when an error has been
issued.
An error message is displayed for the
Status, and printing cannot be done in this
status. Troubleshoot the problem as
