To bounce audio to disk:
After you have finished editing and mixing a session

in Pro Tools, select the length of the session in the
Timeline (or on a track), plus an additional amount of
time to avoid cutting off any reverb tails that might
continue past the end of the last region. (See Figure 2 on
page 38.)
Choose File > Bounce to > Disk.

In the Bounce Options dialog, select Outputs 1–2 as

the Bounce Source.
Select BWF (.WAV) for the File Type.

Select Stereo Interleaved for the Format.

Select 16 for the Resolution and 44100 for the Sample

Rate.
If you are changing the sample rate of the bounced

file, select a Conversion Quality setting. (For details, see
the Pro Tools Reference Guide.)
Select "Convert after Bounce," and click Bounce.
