Control for child safety lock - left rear door

Manual child safety locks -

rear doors
The controls for the child safety locks are in the
rear edges of the rear doors and are only
accessible when the door is open. Use the
ignition key to turn the control and thus activate
or deactivate the child safety lock.
A Door cannot be opened from the inside
(twist outward).
B The doors can be opened from the inside
(twist inwards).

WARNING!
Remember that in the event of an accident,
rear seat passengers cannot open rear
doors from the inside if the child safety
locks are activated. Therefore, keep the
doors unlocked while driving! In the
event of an accident, rescue personnel will
then be able to quickly get into the car
from the outside.
