What to do if...
Rooms are too cold
Cause
The heat pump is switched OFF.
Heat pump control unit or remote control
incorrectly adjusted.
DHW cylinder is being heated.
"Note", "Warning" or "Fault" is dis-
played.

Rooms are too hot

Cause
Heat pump control unit or remote control
is incorrectly adjusted.
"Note", "Warning" or "Fault" is dis-
played.

Remedy
■ Switch the ON/OFF switch " " ON
(see figure on page 10).
■ Switch ON the mains isolator, if instal-
led (outside the boiler room).
■ Reset the MCB in the power distribution
board (main domestic MCB).
Check and correct settings if required:
■ "Heating and DHW"
or
"Heating/cooling and DHW"
must be set up (see page 21).
■ Room temperature (see page 20).
■ Time (see page 40).
■ Time program central heating/cooling
(see page 21).
■ Time program heating water buffer cyl-
inder (see page 37).
Wait until the DHW cylinder has been
heated up.
If necessary, reduce the amount of hot
water being drawn.
Scan the type of fault and acknowledge it
(see page 44). If necessary, notify your
heating contractor.
Remedy
Check and correct settings if required:
■ Room temperature (see page 20).
■ Time (see page 40).
■ Time program central heating/cooling
(see page 21).
■ Time program heating water buffer cyl-
inder (see page 37).
Scan the type of fault and acknowledge it
(see page 44). If necessary, notify your
heating contractor.
