Peak hold time setting

You can set the peak hold time of the level meters
on the display.
This setting is global and is not dependent on files.
The setting is maintained after you turn off the
power. You can save or load the setting.

By making "TTL level, low active" ports to low, the follow-
ing functions are took place.
