STEP 2: Connect to a LAN Port

Plug the connector into a port on your Local Area Network.

STEP 3: Insert the Card

1. Insert the LP-E into a PC Card adapter right-side up, with the green
label on top.
2. Insert the combined unit into your notebook computer's PC Card slot.
Warning! Do not insert the card upside down or use
excessive force, or you may damage the card!
3. Your computer should report that it has found new hardware.
4. A message may appear reporting Digital Signature Not Found. Click Yes.
5. After several seconds, Windows XP should recognize the card and
report that it is ready to use.
