This jumper is used to activate either the EEPROM chipset on CNR card or the onboard EEPROM chipset. With onboard LAN
equipped on this motherboard, you may short pins 1-2 to enable the onboard EEPROM for running onboard LAN. However, if you
were to use CNR card to run LAN, you may short pins 2-3 to disable the onboard EEPROM chipset.
