Deleting a category will also delete all information contained therein.

Model Manager

Use the Model Manager to manage models without expanding the database.

Adding an IR Property

1.
Within the Properties window select Model Name.

Model Name provides a drop-down button, when selected will open the Model Manager dialog
(FIG. 32):

You can only edit directories you have created. The AMX database is read-only.

Select Add and a new model line will appear (FIG. 33):

Place the cursor in the Model field and enter a model name.
5.
Place the cursor in the Description field to enter a description of this model (optional).
6.
Place the cursor in the Manufacturer field to select from a menu populated with the manufacturers
located in your user database.
7.
Place the cursor in the Category field to select a category from the menu populated with the categories
located in your user database.
8.
Click OK.
