3. Once you have found your desired phrase number, press the
"Ctrl" and "E" keys on the keyboard to enter edit mode.
Note: If there is a phrase already stored in the current loca-
tion you have chosen, once you press the EDIT button that
phrase will be erased. To restore the factory phrases please
see page 17, direction number 3.
6. Note: In these next instructions look to the surface you
are aiming the LED Messenger at. Four individual dotted lines
will appear. Each line is designated for a character. Unlike edit-
ing a phrase with the IR Remote you do not have to wait 2-3
seconds for the cursor to move to the next dotted line, you can
continue to type.
Note: It is better to take your time when creating a phrase.
If you type to fast mistakes can, and will likely be made.
8. Use the keyboard as if you were using a computer. The
space key will creat a space, and the backspace key will delete
your last character added.
9. After you have finished creating your full phrase press the
ENTER key to to confirm and store the phrase into memory.
Once you have pressed ENTER your phrase will begin to scroll.
LED Messenger
First unplug the power. The fuse holder is located next to the power
cord. Using a flat-head screw driver unscrew the fuse holder. Remove
the bad fuse and replace with a new one.
